n September 27, the Embassy of Armenia in Estonia organized a reception to mark the 33rd anniversary of the Republic of Armenia's Independence at the Maaryamae Historical Museum-Palace in Tallinn.

The reception was attended by high-ranking Estonian officials, ambassadors accredited in Tallinn, diplomats, representatives of non-governmental organizations, members of the local Armenian community, and the Armenia-Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia friendship group from the RA National Assembly, led by Arsen Torosyan, who was on a working visit to Tallinn from September 25 to 28.

The guest of honor for the evening was Marko Mihkelson, chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Riigikogu (Parliament of Estonia).

Ambassador Ara Margarian, Marko Mihkelson, and Arsen Torosyan, head of the Armenia-Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia friendship group, delivered speeches at the event.

In his speech, Ambassador Margarian highlighted Armenia's achievements over the past 33 years, discussed the current challenges and opportunities, and stressed the importance of peace and stability, as well as Armenia's European aspirations and future prospects.

The ambassador, the committee chairman, and the head of the friendship group emphasized the strong friendship between Armenia and Estonia, grounded in shared democratic values. They acknowledged the promising dynamics in the deepening of Armenian-Estonian relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further cooperation.

Special thanks were extended to GADARA, Armenia Wine, Pernod Ricard, Argo Spirit, Naturka, Noy, and Mashtots School in Tallinn for supporting the event.
